1. Use leftovers. Make a little extra during regular meal time so you can throw them in a lunchbox for your kids this week.
2. Fill little sealable containers with things like yogurt, applesauce, etc. Fill many at once so you have them when you need them.
3. Utilize dried, freeze-dried, and fresh fruit. Cut a bunch up beforehand so you can serve it all week.
4. Cut your bread, cheese, and meat up once and then let your kids build their own sandwiches during their lunchtime. It saves you time and energy!
