DIY Shower Spray (Guest Madalyn)

Hello! My name is Madalyn and I nest at Home Hearted.
I first want to thank Diana for this amazing opportunity to share with all of you one of the many things that I concoct at home. I hope you enjoy this very simple way to keep your shower sparkling clean!

I just love my MOPS group! One of the mothers shared all of these great home cleaning recipes with us and I've been trying them and would like to share them with you! This daily shower spray is the first one I want to share with you.

  • 1/2 cup witch hazel
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dish soap
  • 20 drops of essential oils (I used lemon because that's all I had, but it is good for killing germs and disinfecting surfaces)
Very easy to put together and so far working very nicely!
Thanks so much Madalyn! You can read the full post here.

  1. This is great! I like it!!
I have several bottles of essential oils (I like to add some drops when I take a bath), but I'm not familiar with witch hazel. I have to check if we have it here....

  2. What a great idea my dear! I so will have to give a try :)
