Italian Beef Soup
Italian Beef Leftovers
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
I will heat the beef on the stove and cook the veggies in the microwave and then combine the two. If you didn't say enough broth from the Italian Beef, then you might have to supplement with broth or water & salt. Super easy!!
