Christmas Crunch
1 box corn flakes (~18 oz)
1 bag red & green M &M's
1/2 bag chocolate chips
3/4 cups of corn syrup
3/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
In a large bowl (like a big punch bowl size) layer half corn flakes, M &M's and chocolate chips, repeat with a second layer and set aside. Put syrup & sugar in a sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in a generous soup spoonful of peanut butter (about 1/2 cup). Pour this mixture over corn flakes and stir together gently. The heat of the mixture will melt the chocolate chips. Lay out on wax paper to firm and then break apart to serve.

This is my kind of snack. Sounds so yummy.
