Fresh Cranberry Salsa
12 oz package fresh cranberries
1/4 C green onion, chopped
1/4 C cilantro, chopped
1 small jalapeno pepper, optional
1 C sugar
1/4 t cumin
2 T juice from lime or lemon
dash salt
I chop the cranberries in the food processor and the rest by hand. Put everything in the bowl and then stir. It's good right away, but even better the next day. I have jalapeno listed as optional, but I recommend at least a little bit. I am sitting here eating this as I type up the post!

Spicy! I've never been a fan of cranberry sauce (my mom swears we had it every year, but I don't remember it being there until after I was married!) But I bet Hubby would L-O-V-E your spicy version! My sister and BIL too!
