Cat in the Hat Snack

Yesterday was my daughter's snack day at school. I came up with these 'Cat in the Hat' snacks. I think my idea was better than it turned out, but the kids loved them.
Cat in the Hat Snack

small powdered donuts (1 per hat)
marshmallows (2 per hat)
red frosting or red candy melts

In hindsight, I would have used red candy melts instead of the frosting. I also would have bought 2 bags of regular marshmallows instead of 1 reg and 1 mini.  I was in a hurry to get these done, so a few just had mini mallows for one layer. Not too pretty, but you get the idea!
