Wii-diculous!

My birthday was Monday. As you get older it's not really a big deal. I got a few nice cards and many well wishes on FB, but overall it was mellow. Normally I feel no different on my birthday, but I did feel older this year. It wasn't as if I woke up on Monday morning and felt as if I'd aged overnight. I've been feeling very bloated for several weeks, my knees were sore from the paddle boat on Saturday, and my arms were very tired out too. I know I haven't been getting enough exercise over the past few months. I've continued to walk the dog nearly every night (30 mins), but I've slacked off on the Wii. My body has really suffered because of it.

So today I worked out with Wii Fit+. My new goal is 30 mins a day. I started out by doing the fit test and I was shocked at the results. I was expecting it to say my Wii Fit age was in the 50s or 60s. This is what I scored~WOW! That was a shock! I even did well on nearly all the games I played. Top scores on many. I am not going to claim that I am better shape than I thought, cause I look and feel not so good. But it's a good place to jump back on the wagon! I am guessing that when I have my annual physical next week that the Dr won't think my fit age is 21!!
