Wii-kly Wii-cap!

Wi've had our Wii Fit for a wiik now, so it's time to update you on my progress. I am so glad wii decided to get a Wii. I love Wii Fit+ and I've been doing a great job of using it everyday. I actually took one day off, but I will put in over 5 hours in 6 days, which averages to about 54 mins each work-out. I've lost a few pounds and my pants are already starting to feel looser. Yes, I started watching what I eat at the beginning of the year, but my Wii usage has really made a difference. Wii are still walking the dog for 30 mins each night too.

My favorites include Super Hula Hoop, Rhythm Parade, and Island Biking. Her are recent results from 10 mins on Super Hula Hoop.I started this post before I worked out today. I just got done about 20 mins ago. I was doing expert level on Island Biking and was having a heck of a time getting to the flags. I finally quit to save my credits and it turns out I was at it almost 30 mins. My overall time for today was 81 mins. I did it with no breaks, so no wonder I feel ick!
