Germy Wormy: Review & Giveaway CLOSED
This giveaway is closed! Jen & Alexis are our winners!
With all the hype about H1N1, don't you want to know that your kids are keeping germs at bay? Germy Wormy was created by Margaret Back, a mom with a mission to teach her daughter to cough and sneeze into her elbow. She realized that her daughter's shirt got dirty, so she developed the disposable sleeve. Kids are encouraged to feed their germs to Germy Wormy, who is quite an adorable worm character. In addition to sleeves to test out, I got the Germy Wormy DVD. It's a cute presentation by puppets that everyone will enjoy. It's very informative and even a little humerous. Great to show your kids at home, in a daycare, preschool, or other young groups. There is even a short clip showing kids using it, so your kids will know what to do. The video is short and to the point, so kids at young as 2 will catch on. There is also a very informative parent/teacher guide.
The Germy Wormy sleeve is very lightweight and disposible. It's soft and has elastizied bands to help keep it in place. Germy Wormy is printed on the side so that childrent are encouraged to feed him their germs. My daughter really enjoyed watching the video and was anxious to put on the sleeve. She does not have any coughs/sneezes or cold right now, but she had fun demonstrating it.
My daughter thought it was cool. I know she would wear it if she was sneezing/coughing or had a running nose. Get your child to form a healthy habit while having FUN! Friend will be interested and want to know where they can get Germy Wormy. Just direct them to the Germy Wormy website.
