Photofiddle: Review & Mother's Day Giveaway CLOSED

Last month I was contacted by Photofiddle.com to do a review of their services. Photofiddle.com takes your photos and turns them into a work of art. Right away I knew I would LOVE their services. I sent them 2 photos to fiddle. They sent me a few links to several artistic choices of each photo. The first photo was a pic of my daughter taken just after she became a US Citizen in the Detroit airport. I sewed this adorable outfit for this occasion.
The second photo is one of my most favorite photos ever. This was taken a few days after we met our daughter at the People's Park in Nanchang, China.
It was a tough choice, but I chose the soft pastel effect of the 2nd photograph. Within 24 hours of that I got a proof from the art department at Photofiddle.com. They asked if I had any corrections. I noted different dark spots on our face and asked them to remove them. About a week later a package arrived from Photofiddle.com. It contained the soft pastel portrait on canvas. WOW~ It is just beautiful!! They did a FABULOUS job! The canvas came wrapped in plastic and packed in such a way that it wouldn't get damaged during shipment. I haven't dealt with anything on a canvas before so I thought I needed to frame it, but my hubby pointed out that the design goes around the edges and that it included a wire to hang, so it just needs to be hung. It also came with a set of white cotton gloves. The oil from your hands are bad for fine artwork.
Now I have this lovely artwork hanging up in my bedroom. I love the soft colors against our black shirts. It's a wonderful rendering of one of my favorite photos.
