Make Something Monday: Chicken with Finger-Licking Peanut Sauce

OK...I got this recipe off Gina's recipe blog. She calls it Chicken with Finger-Licking Peanut Sauce, but I myself would call it Peanut Chicken Pad Thai.Click here for Chicken with Finger-Licking Peanut Sauce Recipe

I didn't have any chili paste so I used dried crush red peppers, but it still had quite a kick. We were feeding 9 so I doubled it. That was WAY more than enough and 4 people get a huge helping of leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

  2. I sounda great, but I have picky eaters. My son does not like peanuts. And hubby is not to thrill of new items in the menu. So I have to try it when he is gone for my self and my daughter.

  4. That sounds so good!! Unfortunately, my middle son is allergic to nuts so we don't even bring them in the house. :(

This week, I did mine on How To Make Candles and Wax Tarts.

  9. I agree that it certainly has some pad thai qualities to it, but to me, the sauce seems heavier than traditional pad thai.

Hope you enjoyed it as much as we do around here!
