Jolly Mom host Make Something Monday. For this week's Make Something Monday I am showing you how we've come to love sandwiches again by making them into paninis. It's super simple! First plug in your George Forman grill. If you don't have one...wait til garage sale season and get one cheap!! Then get your fav bread, meat, cheese, and toppings. Lightly spray the outside of each piece of bread with some cooking spray oil. Then put the sandwich together keeping the sprayed side out. Then you pop it into your grill (I usually apply a little pressure on the lid for a few seconds) and then a few minutes later you have a perfectly grilled panini! YUM!! Experiment with different cheeses & toppings!! My kids *LOVE* them!

Hey, this is such a good idea. We do have a George Foreman grill. Maybe I'll try some panini sandwiches. It's time for that grill to see some use. :)
ReplyDeleteI've just discovered panini's on the GF grill also ... I'm loving them and like to experiment with various meat, cheese, sauce combos. Yummmmm!
