NO MORE EXCUSES!
I have seen photos of myself recently and I am just disgusted! Not sure why I've let myself go. OK...that is a lie...I totally know. I've been lazy and spending TOO much time playing on the computer. Ever since I discovered PhotoShop Elements (about a year and a half ago) I've done a very poor job with exercising. There have been times when I get into a work out routine, but then laziness sets in...
SO ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!
Last night we brought home our new elliptical machine. My plan is to spend 30 mins a day (with one day off a week) on it. We set it up in front of the TV, so it should be easy to exercise while I catch a show or the news. 30 mins a day isn't that much!
I took my measurements and a photo a few minutes ago. While I won't post my measurements, I will put my before pic below. Not sure how often I will retake measurements/photo, but I have decided to NOT weigh myself. I really don't care how much I weigh. I just want to look and feel good AND to have my clothes fit comfortably.
I know that being fit & healthy is about eating & exercise, but I am going to concentrate on exercise. Quite frankly, I like to eat and I don't really feel like changing that. Yes~ I will cut down and as I get more fit I probably won't overeat as much, but when we are at parties and what not, I am not going to skimp!

PS~ It's Thankful Thursday, so I am thankful for the good health that I do have (and that I am going to improve on!)

I was working out like a fiend ove rthe summer and into the fall and then I hit a wall. I have felt so much better this week since I have been getting back on track. I have to keep this up!
