Ice Storm Coming
Our forecast is for an ice storm to arrive around 3pm tomorrow. I was going to respond to emails, etc while Dori is at school in the morning, but I think I'll go shop for supplies instead. We don't really have much of a plan for power outages or disasters, but I think it's time to change that. I've always taken the 'It won't happen to us' approach...even after going on 2 Katrina relief trips. We always seem to dodge storms or things aren't as bad as predicted.
So if I am not online...I'm huddled under a pile of blankets!!

ReplyDeleteYeah, I made my supply run (candles, lighter, food etc) found every hidden blanket in the house and am hoping for the best. The weathermen are not too encouraging that we will be spared this time.
