Hi!

I haven't done much bloggy stuff the past 2 days. Thursday was our special Dori Day and yesterday I was just GRUMPY! I'm OK today. Thankful to not be working concessions at the football game today. Jake is working. I'll have to do the last game in 2 weeks. UGH!

I am finishing up a blog for Michelle today. Toni & Deb are the next on tap. Check out this adorable election themed blog~ here! I think that's a candidate that we can all agree on! LOL!

Last night we had some very yummy Lasagna for dinner. It was a quick recipe I found online. It tasted even better reheated today.

E-Z Lasagna

Lasagna noodles (I used 6 noodles)
jar of spaghetti sauce (we used Bertolli Marinara Wine)
bag of shredded Mozerella cheese
bag of shredded Italian blend cheese
1.5-2# ground lean meat

Cook the noodles.
Brown the meat (I added a little garlic & onion powder), drain, add jar of spaghetti sauce.
In a 9x13 dish layer ingredients. First 1/2 of the meat/sauce mixture, 3 noodles, and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 mins. Let stand for 10 mins before serving.

Have a nice Saturday!
