FFFF #1: Military

Welcome to the the first Family FotoFun Friday

here on my Diana's Daily Ramblings blog.

Each Friday I will post a photo theme for the week. You will then post at least one photo that fits the theme on your blog along with any explanation that you want to add. You can use a photo you took in the past, a photo taken by other family members, or a photo taken during the week to fit the theme. You may link a previous blog post if it fits the theme. In honor of Veteran's Day this week, the first theme is military/veterans. Here is a pic of DH & I back in 1990 (we were newlyweds) when he was re-enlisting in the Navy on board the USS New Orleans in San Diego. We were so young!! Not long after that we moved to Hawaii for shore duty. What a way to start a marriage! After 4 years in Hawaii, Eric got out of the Navy.
Now is your turn. Dig out an old family military pic and scan it. Or maybe you have a family member or close friend currently serving or something special to you that honors veterans. Post it on your blog with an explanation of the photo, add the FFFF button to your post (cut & paste the code that is below the button) from the left sidebar, and then add your blog to the widget below.
