Turkey Pie
Since I am getting a head start on dinner, I thought I'd post the recipe now. This is super easy and super YUMMY!
Turkey Pie
Jennie-O WHITE Turkey & Gravy (in frozen section)
refrigerated pie crust
1 can cream of chicken soup
about 10 oz frozen mixed veggies
Prebake the turkey (just stick the roasting pan on a cookie sheet and back @ 350 for about 2 hours...can be baked a day ahead and stored in fridge)
When the turkey has cooled a little, I open the roasting pan and rinse all the nasty gravy off. Then I cube up the turkey. One loaf is enough for 2 pies!
Mix turkey, soup, and veggies in a bowl. (I usually rinse the veggies in hot water before mixing)
Put one crust in your pie plate, poor in the mixture, top with other pie crust. I never cut any crust off at all. I just pinch it all together around the edge.
Bake for 30-40 mins or so @ 425. I like the crunchy crust, so I don't cover the edges at all. I also like to serve honey on my piece of pie! YUM!

sounds yummy..so...what size pie crust do you use for this?
