1 lb of lean ground beef
2 package of Ramen noodles (we use Chicken flavor)
2 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed veggies
brown the beef in a big skillet/wok, when it's almost done mix in one package of Ramen seasoning, drain the beef and set aside
mix the noodles, water, and veggies in the skillet, bring to boil, reduce, simmer for 3 mins
add the other seasoning packet in near the end of the 3 mins
add the beef in, stir and serve!
My guys love it so much that we double everything (although I don't use 2# of beef!)

ReplyDeleteI used to make something like this when I was single and living in an apartment (Ramen rules). Instead of mixed vegetables I would use a package of cole slaw mix. Tastes just like the inside of an egg roll! I like your 'rambling' blog.
